Sydera makes workplace risk visible — without making the worker visible.

We build tools for HR, HSE leads and safety representatives who want to document systematic HSE work without collecting health data. We start in the policy — and stay with you out into the routine, the action and the documentation.

Sydera Policy Scan is our first product: a sandbox for policies, before the next audit.

The standards work on menstruation and menopause (ISO/TC 283/WG 10) is where our method was tested internationally first — in the field with the strictest privacy requirements. If the approach holds there, it holds everywhere.
