ADJUSTMENTS / WHEN SOMETHING MORE IS NEEDED

    Don’t wait for
    the sick note.

Not everything can be planned away. In this imagined building firm, an employee asks for a chat before the working day gets even harder.

Four panels. A carpenter says he cannot quite keep the pace right now. The manager asks what works and what is getting difficult. He suggests calmer tasks for a while. She wants to see what they can do. The laptop lies closed on the table.

A lot of important work can be done before anyone goes on sick leave. A conversation can be the start of a better-adjusted working day.
