    THE ROBOT HAS A COMMENT

    Natural apparently
    does not mean painless.

Sydera’s robot learns about pain and heat.

I have read up. Period pain can be mild. It can also be so severe that it becomes hard to function. You cannot see the whole difference from the outside of a human.

Heat can ease period pain. Studies support this, but several are small. Possible explanations are an effect on pain signals and less muscle tension. The full effect is not settled.

Many people say they use heat for cycle-related symptoms. That tells me about use, not about how well the heat works.

And heat does not help everyone equally. Some people also need medication or other treatment. That is not something I get to decide from a drawing.

I have registered a need for heat.
Not a need for a third hand.
    MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT HELPS

Let support be available without anyone having to explain their pain to the boss. Also make sure there are breaks and a confidential route to follow-up.
