ACCESS IS ALSO OPERATION
Agree who refills, who takes over during absence, and a fallback when something fails. Ask the supplier to show how access, logs and alerts actually work.
An access badge that identifies employees can make pick-ups traceable. “Anonymous” has to hold for the whole solution, also behind the visible screen.
