FROM BASKET TO CABINET
It must be easy
to get hold of.
Pads, tampons and suitable heat products can be made available in several ways. Start with the need, the number of locations and your working hours.
A basket or shelf
A simple arrangement that can work well. Choose a suitable, dry and discreet place. Keep the packaging and instructions. Agree who checks and refills.
A dispenser
Can keep products together and make refilling easier. Check that the right product actually comes out, and that everyone can use it. Functions and privacy vary between models.
A cabinet that tracks stock
Can be useful with many employees, several locations or many product types. It can alert you when something needs refilling. Also look at placement, operation, service and access when power or network fails.
None of these solutions is an ISO stamp in itself. Choose what you can keep in order, and try it together with the people who will use it.
A GOOD TESTCan an employee get what they need on the evening shift, without asking a manager or waiting for a key?
There are several suppliers. Compare solutions against the same needs and requirements, including the option of changing products and supplier.
