    WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN

    We thought about
    the cheese knife.

    An imagined lunch room. The first-aid kit is in place. The conversation is short when someone needs a plaster.

    Four panels with two colleagues, one of them a wheelchair user. They have plasters in the first-aid kit, but no pads or tampons. They conclude that they are prepared for the cheese knife, while periods will have to manage on their own.

    First-aid equipment is wise to have. It is also wise to be prepared for needs that come back.

    Read the dialogue

    “Do we have plasters?” “In the kit.”
    “And pads or tampons?” “Apparently not.”
    “So we are prepared for the cheese knife.”
    “Periods will have to manage on their own.”
