A SMALL WORKSHEET WITH A PROPER JOB

    From “we should”
    to “it works”.

Choose one thing you want to improve. Do the walk-round with employees or their safety representative. Describe arrangements and roles, without names or other personal data. Individual follow-up belongs in your organisation’s approved procedure.

What is not working well enough, and where?
What should be in place, also on other shifts?
Which role is responsible, and who takes over?
When should it be done? What do we do when it fails?
How do we check whether it works, and when?

For example: The site cabin has no refill routine. The operations lead gets the task, with an agreed stand-in. You check availability on regular rounds and follow up empty shelves.

    Measure the system.
    Not the person.

Keep the decision and follow up what does not work. The worksheet is our suggestion, inspired by ordinary health and safety work. It is not ISO’s checklist or a full assessment of the standard.
