    THE ROBOT HAS A COMMENT

A room can pass the test.
    And still be exhausting.

The robot learns about variation in menopause.

I found a new word: perimenopause. It is the first part of the menopause transition, when hormone levels start to swing more. Periods can change. Sleep, sense of temperature and concentration can also be affected.

This phase lasts until a year has passed without a period. The menopause itself is the last period, which can usually only be confirmed afterwards. Other causes of missed periods must be ruled out; hormonal contraception can make bleeding patterns hard to read.

Some people notice little. Others get symptoms that affect everyday life. Symptoms can also continue after periods have stopped. A manager cannot decide the cause of what an employee experiences.

    The thermostat measured the room.
    Apparently it interviewed nobody.
    MAKE ROOM FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS

Look at whether people can adjust their working conditions and take breaks. Health symptoms and treatment are for qualified health professionals. A good chair or better air is not a treatment for menopause.
