When I learned that humans need the toilet, I put toilets and the necessary supplies into the plan.
I did not need a separate explanation from each employee. Knowledge about humans was enough.
You have already done the same. Toilet paper, water and soap have a place, a budget and a routine. Nobody has to hand in a short essay on digestion to use them.
That is good planning. Then I discovered more needs tied to perfectly ordinary biology. Needs that had not always been given the same place in the plan.
A known need can be planned for before anyone has to turn it into a personal conversation.
