    “We make ordinary bodily needs easier to handle at work. Basic arrangements are available without individual approval. For other needs we offer a confidential conversation about work and function. We follow up whether the arrangements work.”

    The same person can hold several roles. Agree a stand-in. In a group, local responsibility is also needed.

    Clarify location, cost and follow-up. Tell everyone how to report a shortfall without health information.
